That is messed up, 12 yr friend and screws him out of money. They both could have ended up with some money and no hard feelings. What a friend. Money and friends a lot of times don't go hand in hand.
A guy we know tried telling my dad something to the effect of "no honest people have money."
My dad and him got into a bit of a heated chat, and then my dad told me this story. I know the guy too and he has money, plenty of it.
I told my dad the guy just basically told you he is not an honest person, he has money and says honest people don't have money, that means he isn't honest!! lol

Striver (or any other person over in the UK)
Is there any interest in having an NFL franchise over there? They were talking about that around here over the weekend. I just don't see it.

I don't see that happening either. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think rugby is bigger in the UK than football.

So what's the difference between a super set and antagonist training?
Is antagonist training a type of super set?

Supersets can be complimentary, too. The term has no bearing on what you work, just on the way you do the sets of two different things.

I was thinking of an old split I used. It was pretty odd but I liked it.
Mon: Back, Chest
Wed: Legs, Triceps
Fri: Shoulder, Biceps
What do you think of it?

Back/chest would wear me out.
Legs deserve their own day.

I did it a while back but shoulders with arms and then legs on their own day. It worked out well running it 2x a week. Like that the volume for Back/Chest wasn't so much that I would be there all day lol.
However, doing high frequency+volume needed periodization.

Yeah, it was pretty brutal. I never worked my legs hard when I started out, so I had enough energy to work another body part. I hated working my legs back then.

I did each body part just once a week. Volume was pretty high, though.
16 sets for chest, 15 for back, 20 for legs, 16 for biceps, 16 for triceps (ya rly) and 16 for shoulders. 8 sets for forearms and abs.
