Top Protein 2009
My opinion would be ON 100% Whey and Syntha-6. . .but does anyone have any other opinions on a very dependable protein for lean muscle development?

I would vote for Myofusion as well. Having an issue with the flavor of the last batch I got despite prior containers of the same flavor being really good, but other than that I think it's great (both Choc and Van).

It's gonna be hard picking a "best" protein since many of us use certain products regularly.. As long as food intake and training are squared away, the protein supplement shouldn't matter (with the exception of quality).. That said, the products I tend to stick with are:
Syntha-6
Myofusion
Lipotropic Protein
Pure Whey Stack
I've used many different products over the years, these are just the few that I've used the most in recent months.

I'm a bit biased but Nimbus WPI is awesome for those cutting (or even not on a cut). 25g protein, <1g carbs, <1g fats + chocolate peanut butter flavorrrrr!
but I also like myofusion as an all-around protein powder.

I just got a new 5lb. tub of Choc. Syntha-6 and i must say. . .I simply forgot how damn delicious this stuff is. I Also prefer it to others because it has Casein in it, and I like to have a shake before bed. I have yet to try Myofusion, but that will be my next purchase.
wait. . .
does Myofusion also have Casein or no?

it contain whey concentrate, whey isolate, egg and milk protein --- it also contains healthy added fats and fiber to help slow down absorption making it an ideal protein for just about every situation

I just tried Lipotropic for the first time today.
It has a good profile, has a respectable price, and tastes pretty good.
I'm thinking Lipotropic will shine in oh nine.

You can't go wrong with Optimum Gold Standard Whey. It's been around forever, the company is reputable, comes in plethora of flavors, and it lists Whey Protein Isolate as it's main protein source.
Unlike other companies who have Whey Concentrate as their main source.
Personally., I could give a **** less about taste or hype or price. I want whats proven and what works. So I go with Optimum.

Ive tried ON Whey, Dymatize Elite Whey, Scivation Whey and Myofusion. Id have to say i like Myofusion the best. Im urged to try Syntha 6 but the 60 cholesterol has always prevented me from buying it.

How was the Dymatize and what flavor? It's pretty cheap, thought about picking some up (chocolate).

Dymatize has a real good profile. Though choc is good, try cafe mocha. (One of the best dymatize flavor)
good day!!
