Need advice for ACE test PLEASE
I am planning on taking my ACE test in 3 weeks. I have studied, studied and studied some more, but am horrible at taking tests. Can anyone PLEASE give me some pointers as to what they found difficult on the test; was there anything in particular that caught you off guard? Please give me some advice....I would greatly appreciate it. (I don't have tons of money to take the test multiple times!) Thanks!!!

Have you read on the ACE website what to expect from the test? There are multiple choice questions which account for 75% (I think) of your total grade. There are also two scenarios that account for the remaining 25%. I suggest that you take all of the free (if money is a concern) sample tests, exams, and especially the scenario that they offer so you aren't surprised by its format.
Good luck!

Took it and passed.
Study the liability, waiver, and stuff like that. Expect calculations for bf % and other stuff. Definitely focus on client relationships and program design, health risks, etc..

Thanks everyone = It sounds like I just need to know "everything" in the book! LOL
Sha11 = Good advice - I will check that out.
Did you guys find the test to be super hard? I am kind of worried about it.

the stuff that's on the test isn't necessarily what the study guide or flash cards would lead you to believe.
some of it seems like it wasn't even covered in the material and almost seems geared towards people who already have experience training.
just try to soak up as much as you can, eat a good breakfast and bring a snack.
