Do eggs make you sick?

I've had a long time issue with eggs. When I eat a lot (3 eggs) I get a sick feeling in my head, that will include dizziness and weakness for a little while (hour or two). I just attributed this feeling to being normal with very fast acting protein. Also eggs tend to make me run to the toilet (not always, but when I eat an egg meal like an omlet or fried eggs).

Well yesterday I started day two of my new healthy diet free from fast food, sweets and fried crap. Everything I ate was very new and fresh with long experation dates (except the oyster sauce). I stir fried ground turkey, stir fry vegetables, spinach, garlic, soy sauce, old oyster sauce (expired, but have used it before without issue) that doesn't need refrigerating and that yellow egg white stuff in the carton. I ate a lot of egg and turkey and felt pretty bloated afterward. Then at about 3:00 AM I woke up with bad food poisoning. You get the drift.

Anybody else get this? Is it common to get the runs from egg whites?

sometimes the most healthy food might make u nautious,so simply dont eat it,just eat something equivelant to it.

Yeah I was preparing for that, but it is a shame because there is not a protein that works as fast that is so accessible. Right???

What's close to equivelant that I can get in the store?
