I'm about half way through season 5 of Lost. I'm just as confused as ever.

Is Flash Forward worth watching? People raved about Heroes too, but I couldn't even finish the first season. And the episodes I watched, I watched just for Larter's sake

So far "Flash Forward" has been pretty good. A lot of major network shows like this start too slow and try to be too cryptic in the beginning ("The Nine") or start out great and then stall ("Heroes"). That's why I like the shows on cable that only have 13 or so episodes. Each week is something worth watching, not just an hour's worth of setup for something good that's going to happen two episodes from now. I used to not mind that, but now I just ain't got the time, studio exec bros.

That being said, FF has done a good job of giving out some meaty clues each episode without giving too much away. Also, these two lez out in the last episode:
