well, I'd say bench isn't your strong point. Depends on how long you've been training. Actually, I know a guy thats 5'9 170 been working out for 5 yrs and benches what you do. TBH i dont think he can squat or deadlift that much though

ive been training for a year now (seriously since 4 months ago).
Ive never benched lower than 1 plate and have had difficulty increasing accordingly, today i tried 150lbs i could only do 4 reps.
My squats and dead are always increasing. Soon my rows will be higher than my bench thats fukin odd.

Its about where I was at 145 lbs. I remember doing 165 for 3 reps on slight incline, so you are close. Do you take any supps? Get on dat dere creatine.

No my form is good hands are about 3 inch in the knotch, my elbows dont wiggle around, full ROM wich is chest to lockout. A good arch like any powerlifter would do and no ass to the sky thing. Feets are well stabbed in the floor and wrists arnt bent. The bar hit in the lower pec all reps and no bounce.
Edit: forearms --> wrist

For a manlet your bench should be higher than that and your deadlift should be higher. So yeah you're doing it wrong

I think you lean forward more to hit chest on dips and keep yourself straighter to hit the triceps on dips.
