argh chest lacking, back is massive
Im looking to gain size on my chest, currently my routine is like this :
3x8 BB bench press
3x8 BB Incline press
3x8 DB decline press
4x10 Weighted dips
My back is alot larger than my chest, my deadlift max is 325x1, bench press is 225x3. Also, my shoulders are beggining to pull forwards, i train all body part evenly, what can i do to avoid this?
what are other exercises i can do to develope more chest mass?

If your shoulders are pulling forwards, your chest isn't weak. Stretch your chest better and do more direct work on your rear delts.

It either means your chest is tight or your rear delts are too weak.

Trying doing the West side for skinny bastards benching routine, with the Max effort etc etc. It brought my bench up from 180-225 in 2ish months.

I have this same issue. My back is massive while my chest is lacking, though I do all body parts equally. Some people seem to be better pre-disposed to Pushing vs Pulling and vice versa.
Focus on solid mind to muscle concentration in addition to a new routine.

By shear comparison. Not individual definition.

your deadlift and bench lifts dont suggest your chest is lacking. Pics would be helpfull.

i know alot of guys who do tons of curls their shoulders pull forward and they start to have that concave, back arch look...i suggest stretching as suggested before, and really concentrate on working the chest/shoulder tie in right by your collar bone...a great exercise for that part is to do a cable crossover, but have the cables at the lowest setting and pull upward, it works that area great

Bro, your bench and dead ratio isnt too bad.
My dead max is 375 but my bench max is 245 i think.
I think its pretty normal?
