Question optimum 100% whey protein vs bsn syntha 6 vs myofusion vs torrent

--->> I have only tried optimum 100% whey .It has bcaa & glutamine in good amount . no. of servings are more .
I felt that it provides only good recovery after workout . no muscle gain or weight gain .Am i correct ??

--->> BSN SYNTHA 6 has more calories , a bit fibre , and time relesing protein action , a bit pricy in terms of no. of servings .

--->> myofusion contains moderate calories , mixture of egg albumen , milk protein , whey protein . But no bcaa or glutamine in it.

--->> torrent is more pricy , less no. of servings , less protein , high carbohydrate , contains creatine , best postworkout suppl. here .

i hate weight gainers . these have high dose , less servings ,very high price .

*** so if i (weight 61.5kg , age 22 , height 5.9 inches) am looking for bulking & serious muscle mass gain which is most suitable and how should i take it (when / no of servings per day /) ?? i expect pure result from the suppl.

*** would you mind to share your practical experiences & knowledge regarding supplements my friends out here ??

*** If you have to choose any two proteins then what will be your selections & why and how to take those (timing) ??

i know taste of all the above stuffs is good , so that is not an issue at all .
only thing is sure result . no chance of disappointment .

just letting you know all the proteins powders have glutamine and bcaas in them.

anyways... on is just a straight whey protein. nothing special here. myofusion and syntha 6 or more anytime proteins since they are blends and are "time released". torrent is specifically designed postworkout where the simple carbs in it "spike" your insulin, delivering the protein faster to your muscles.

You expect pure results from the supplement itself?.... yeeeaaah....

No.

Diet + Exercise then supplementation. Protein is protein. Fit it into your macro.
You could just eat more protein from whole foods, rather than supplement it.
The supplement is not going to give you muscle, it will help AID in muscle growth.

Torrent isn't to be taken like regular whey, it's a mixture of things and PWO only.

So true. To many people think that whey is a steroid or something that will give them results without the hard work. Bulking up is 20% working out hard and 80% your diet. I would stick with optimum nutrition's gold standard 3 times a workout day.

i recommend torrent post workout and ON or myofusion for meal replacements but these can only help you get the same results if you ate a meal post workout or instead of replacing one. It just makes it simpler in a shake.

note: torrent does have added creatine so little different then real meal but not by much.

True-Mass would be a good meal replacement shake. Thats what I'm using right now. I'm liking it so far.
