My sister has one on her iphone. Sorry, I don't know what it is called, but it does exist.

I use shapeup ( it use to be called i shape ) it was free app when I got it 6 months ago. It is pretty good once you get use to using it and now I have all my meals saved so it is pretty fast to enter info.

I use - Lose it! - it is free and works pretty good. Does not have all the foods but will let you create and add your own recipes. You can also buy iFitness for $1.99 it will give you all exercises by muscle group, cool to take to the gym instead of paper. Also, I think you can download sparkspeople.com but I think you need to create an account with them first. I hope this helps.

i have Lean Me for food tracker and GymGoal for weights. i've also used livestrong, lose it, and gym buddy. they are all worth checking out cause none of them have everything. i'm not saying you have to have all of them but you know exactly what you're looking for, which might be different from what i am so there you have it.
