Keto brain?
Ok, since I had a really HUGE breakfast this morning. I decided that I was going to eat really light for lunch. (a half cup of cottage cheese). And bake salmon for me to eat at work later.
I know that starting Keto usually gives you a fuzzy brain for a while until you get used to it (Ive been doing really good these last 4 days) but so far it's only been mild..until i took my food out of the oven. I used an oven mitt the first time, but as I was putting my food into tupperware I forgot the mitt. I could have cried! Seriously shocked me back into reality! hehe!I guess Keto is a little dangerous!
Other than that I love Keto and I have lost 6.5 pounds in 4 days! YAY!
Next time I think I'll pay more attention!

Hate to break it to you, but that's not keto brain, that's business as normal. Everyone does stuff like that occasionally. Mostly you kick yourself and forget it. If you've just changed diet, you blame keto, and if you are pushing 40, you start worrying about Alzheimers.

That's true. But like you said I still could have kicked myself.

Ummmm.... well if you have serious issues with anxiety (and you must if you are talking medication on the regular for it), I would avoid taking any type of steroid (by the way, it's anavar). Some people may experience an exacerbation of pre-existing mental health issues.
I'm not anti-steroid in the least, but you need use common sense with these things.
Oh, and wrong section for that question.

You should really make a separate thread about this instead of posting in this one.

I didn't think Cottage cheese was even keto , unless its drained off the fluid....
But good job on losin 6.5 lbs.. I guess you could remove the CC when you plateau.
