maxed my squat for the first time ever, ended up doing 200 kg (~440 lbs) ... oh and I set a new PR in the deadlift last week, 245 kg (~540 lbs)

I just found this thread, but yesterday I did a pull up with the most weight I've ever done.
BW + 50 lbs. x 1 (33% body weight)
Normally I use 20 lbs. for about 5 reps or so, but I decided to go for more. By the way, this wasn't with a belt. I do pullups at home with DBs in a backpack, so perhaps I could do more with plates strapped to my waist? I'm not sure how exactly it works.

DB chest pressed 50's for 6 reps, that's up 10 lbs. per DB.

nah the next meet i got planned is in may. a upa meet run by my buddy lifterg! although the meet looks good that you're going to. i saw you talking about it on wannabebig. really working to get a 800 equiped pull in the 198s the only thing i know i'm going to do though is open and destroy with what i failed at my last comp which is 705 =D

I hit 315 for 10 reps on 1 board raw today was new PR and 225x25 reps real easy after that
felt real good

I deadlifted 285x1 yesterday for a 10 lb. PR.
I haven't even been lifting for 3 months, I guess that's good progress! Whether it is or not, I'm proud of it.

Last night I DL 375lbs for 15 reps PR never done this weight so many reps. Was doing the Magn?sson/Ortmayer dl routine. And loving the feeling I have in my back now.
not as impressive as 515 by 8 in my opinion but i have a video atleast of this.
