Welcome back. That arm workout looks sick. Can't wait to hear how it goes. I might give it a shot, too!

Haven't tried occlusion training, but if you see good results with it, I'll be sure to try next offseason!
That arm routine looks pretty bad ass, brah! Glad to hear you're holding heavy. Keep it up, big guy!

Hmmm...I may have to give that arm schedule a run. Sounds like it should definitely do something for the arms..lol..

yeah but he also has some of the best genetics in the world . A lot of pros would look good no matter how they trained.

Do a little research my friend, he had horrible arm genetics. He was barely pushing 20" arms with a lat spread to die for. He looked sub par for years. He now attributes his 22" arms to specialized training. More frequency less volume. Smart approach. I am only giving it a try. I will report back with the final results.

Phuck! Both 275 & 300 are quite a bit of weight. You might have to move to a bigger state at this rate.

all pro's attribute their results to "training and diet" it's really not that simple...I've talked to a few National Competitors and an pro at my gym that are very open about their use; training is ALMOST secondary to their pharmaceutical programs...
Have you seen Toney Freeman train? I train 50year old housewives that work harder than him.
Give it a shot though, just make sure you bring down the training volume of all your other bodyparts.
And..holy shyt at your incline pressing!

Yea, I hear ya on the AAS usage among pros. Their was just something about Toney's training that I liked. Hate the guys attitude with a passion, but he sticks out as a tried and true skinny arm warrior. Speaking of 50 y/o housewife, he aint far off btw the way he bitches and his actual age (42)

Thanks. I usually hate videos but wanted to capture this momentous occasion. The tale of a long armed, lanky fellow who pressed his way to 315 on incline

WHAT THE FRIG, man that is awesome and you didnt cut it short to the chest like most do when they start posting heavy weights on incline. You went nice and deep and exploded up, good job man! I am def jealous and you are for sure on your way to a top notch physique and strength out of all the natties posting here.

I had to watch the video twice because the first time I was distracted by your spotter
Huge lifts man...great depth and heavy weight. You were so close on the 315. I think without doing 5 reps @ 275 you had it. Next time!

hahah right on. Yea shes aight! LOL. Nah, shes my rock and my motivator! Yea definitly would have stuck 315 if I didnt deplete glyogen. Putting that 300 and almost 315 up was amazing in my book since I have forever been known as a weak presser.

Man you do know incline has no carryover to bench, so you are still a weak presser, LOL joke. It is awesome though that you were doing 300 on flat not so long ago, but now throwing it around on incline, which is harder IMO. I had an awesome leg day today, got a PR Lunge video im throwing up within a few minutes. I will try to throw up some PR vids real soon once I develop it all back, gotta get back my flexibility I lost LOL

That bicep stuff looks CRAZY!
How do you like those T-Bar rows with the 35's? Do you feel liek they work any better than with the 45's?

i never understood why people rave about doing t-bars with 25s or 35s. doesnt the bar hit you guys in the crotch before the 45lbs plate hits your chest? maybe i'm "built" differently. wait wut?
