I don't think most personally insulted him...I know I didn't intend to at least...I said his diet was crap but that doesn't mean anything about him personally.
glad you stopped early. Like Fitz said pm any of us and we can at least help point you in the right direction on the diet and what not. I hope you accomplish your goals tho.

thanks guys. I wasn't taking anything personally and don't give 2 craps about e-insults on a forum. LOL. As for needing assistance, you and fitz will prob get a PM as I do like different opinions as usually a combination of 2 diets can work great!

I have a rule, anything inorganic will have a negative effect in the body. You can get all amino acids needed to build muscle from living foods uncooked not denatured and you have more energy and on a raw vegan diet you are taken to another level mentally alert, happier quick thinking. try it and see for yourselves

Major,
thank you for the log. but I'm a little confused as to why you didn't stop sooner if those severe sides were kicking in much earlier in the cycle. You seemed to focus very little on negative sides throughout this thread...and then once you were finished with the cycle your review comes off as though it was a bloody nightmare??? For instance, where were the reference to these bouts of depression and sudden anger and rage in this thread DURING the cycle? This is exactly what i've been seeing with SX reviews and logs. They come off as sunshine and lollipops during the log, then the person keeping the log pops back in later {after the bad news about SX comes out} and talks about the nightmare SX was.????
I was/am keeping a log myself. I tip-toed thru the cycle only taking5-6 pills per week the first 2 weeks. It has now been about 9 days off and i never experienced a crash, because i never allowed myself to take more then i needed wrt appetite suppression. I believe SX can be taken safely if you only dose one a day and only on times where you need that extra help pushing down the appetite. I hope the best for you, but i have a feeling you are going to have a very difficult post cycle crash ahead of you.

so its been 10 days since my last pill... no bad side effects yet. i havent gone thru any depression at all, in fact, stopping the pills has helped me regain control of things that were not while on the supplement. I have been SLIGHTLY less energized but nothing significant. My appetite increased 10x after the stoppage however. I had never bee hungrier in my life.... crazy!
