We add some butter flavoring to it, its like 5 calories for 1 teaspoon. Otherwise I really love ketchup, just make sure to only use 1 tablespoon. Also some fat free parmesan is pretty good that is like 25 calories for a tablespoon......

I don't necessarily eat this preworkout, but sometimes I make protein pancakes with 3 egg whites, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tsp of Imitation Vanilla, and a dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice. It comes out to around 180 calories 38g Protein, 3g carbs, and 2g Fat. Sometimes I chop up some almonds and add them in.

salsa, slice of guacamole, pretty much any veggie like onions peppers, I'll throw a dash of garlic salt in there too. For meats I like some black forest ham, shredded turkey ot chicken, and sometimes lean steak (like eye of round)

must have fat.
I aim for 7-10 g for each meal..so add some fat to the eggs or keep yolks. The avacado is great or pico for flavor. I make my own fresh pico with onion, cilantro and tomato all chopped. This is great on eggs! Carb, fat and protein with each meal, 5x daily. Nuts are great in the A.M. too.

I like omelette with spinach, peppers, chili peppers, onions and cheese.
For something simple I'll just scramble them with cheese.
I also would whisk a couple of eggs, throw in some peanut butter and protein powder for quick and easy pancakes.

I found some cracked pepper & roast tomato cottage cheese @ Tesco the other day, so I ended up with scrambled eggwhites with cottage cheese thrown in at the end. it really made them nice and creamy with a kick. doesn't taste as nice in an omlete for whatever reason.

I've learned to mix "clean" food with "dirty" so I'll make a big egg white omlet and lightly frost it with nuetella and banana slices...its sooo good

I really hate egg whites. The best way for me to eat them was to cook em and make them really small pieces mixed in with my brown rice... it gives me the egg-fried-rice feeling.
otherwise I put some onions mushrooms spinach broccoli and even sometimes artichoke hearts.
whole wheat toast, put your cooked egg on top then a tomato slice and melt cheese on top... and on the bread he would either put butter or mayo... just so it wasn't so dry in your mouth, im sure there is some low cal/low fat lubricant you could put on it.
It will change your life its so good!!
My dad used to make this for me when I was little (contest diet won't allow it anymore =[ eat it in remembrance of me!!!)
