Shoulder Joint problems
I've always had this problem where it feels lik my shoulder pops a little bit whenever i'm lifting, and it always cracks afterwards and it sux cause i no this problem is holding me back on bench and a lot o other area's esp cause i wunna build my delts more to look wider, i'm already taking some good stuff for my joints, what else can i do?
Also, i feel it in my lats when i do military press, is this normal or weird? i have a pretty strong back idk if it might be helping me with my military press.

Drop bench, do rows and presses instead. Incline bench once a week or every other week.

Ask someone with a lot of experience to point our your imperfections with form. You might not have your arms parallel to the floor while military pressing, which can mess up your shoulders.

although my shoulders never held me back it still cracks lmao, i'd liek to see a solution also...

i have the same problem. its all to do with form. dont use a huge range of motion on overhead presses and bench. also for pullups/chinups, try pulling your chest to the bar instead of your chin. its helped me tons.

3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil daily should do the trick. Tastes like ass but its good for you and helps with all types of inflammations.

Could be a very minor impingement. The best thing you can do is warm-up more thoroughly and stretch after you're done.

But on topic a Super Cissus Rx (srs), its helped my problem alot while on it i get no cracks in my shoulder and i only feel a strain when im off it if i really phuck up a lift.
