How many calories do you other teens need?
So I'm 17, and I weigh something like 115-119 pounds and I'm 5ft 6.
I'm alright with how I look to be honest, but I'd love to be more ripped.
I was just curious how many calories do you other teens need to stay the weight you are?
With/without excercise..

Im 14 and 126 working on getting ripped/bulking up just like you. I eat a mofo amount, and i gain the pounds in muscles but not quick at all, sometimes i think i ahve a jetfast metobilism. I eat around 1800-2500 calories a day. sometiimes i under eat significally, on my cheat days i max it out by alot. Usually around 2200 though.

I eat approximately 3000-3500 each day. I think I was eating like 4000-5000 before, but then I was gaining like 10 lb a month, and a LOT of that was fat. Trying to do it a little slower this time..

I'm throwing down about 3k-4k a day. Depends on the day. Chest needs only like 3,100calories where as leg days and back require a few hundred more. Then sometimes i play some basketball i eat up about 4k id say on bigger days.

4000+ or i loose weight. last week i had flu and was eating 2500-3000ish whilst lying in bed all day and i lost 5 pounds WTF?

That's not a lot at all. Eat more. Your an ecto. You need more calories.

132 15 and eat 3600-4000 calories right now. football 4 or 5 times a week and lifting 5 days a week. only gained a pound in the last 3 weeks

Cutting at 3k atm. Maintenance is somewhere in between 4k and 4.5 but I don't count when I'm not cutting. Btw there are some really deluded people in here regarding how much they eat.

When I was up to 195lbs I need 2900-3000 to maintain with only 3200 to gain. At 184 I only need 2400 to maintain.

i eat like 3k when im not working out but thats cause i got an extremely fast metabolism...But when i start working out...i swim and do body weight training...i eat around 5k each day. don't gain or lose =[
