has anyone tried this program? If so what are your thoughts and did you have success? any feedback would be great because i'm debating on trying it!

I would strongly advise against it. My mom did that years ago and they literally gave her like 1000 calories a day and it cost a lot of money. Then when she was done losing the weight she didn't know how to eat right w/out eating out of a microwave tray so she gained it back plus more.

You can do it on your own, just look on here for tips and make sure to log your calories!

well i can eat right but i just saw has HAVING the food as easier cause im so busy through the week. the cost will be the big turn off for me probably.

I take it you're not going to try it? Don't. It is low calorie, low protien, high salt. . . Not good. And then, what do you have when you reach your goal? Not the skills you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have been in law school the past two and a half years, so I know busy weeks. I prepare all my meals in bulk on Sunday so I can just reheat oatmeal, take the half hour to throw dinner in the oven, steam the veges, etc. I also portion everything out in gladware or whatever I have. Do it yourself that way so you can control what you are getting (macros).
