I started playing around with weights when I was 13, and just never gave it up.

The 1st pc is me at the pool with one of my kids before I started working out a couple years ago.
The second on the left is pic of me on May 30 2009 and the Right is about a month ago.
Ive been at it for about a year and a half and feel I should be further along than I am but I am making a little progress.

I worked out back in college days and now just start to coming back to the gym. I do chest/back on monday (11 sets) then lower body + ab on the second day, third day is shoulder, bicep and tri.. As for the rest of the week I do cardio..
can someone plz tell me that I'm not over train myself??
Does anyone have a better routine? I'm trying to build strenght and mass..
I'm taking weight gainer, multi vitamim, protien and liver.
Do I need more?

I think my diet is ok, I'm taking in around 200G of protein a day and between 2000 to 2400 calories. Eating lots of Chicken ,turkey ,ham while trying to keep my fiber intake high with dried fruit like dates,prunes,fig along with a fiber bar and a proten drink after my workouts.
Its just frustrating not making the gains I feel like I should have made after working very hard for 1.5 yrs.
I just switched my workout to 6 days from 5 but only doing 1 body part a day.I guess I'll see how that does. My workouts usually last about 3 hrs including 30 min of cardio. Maybe I'm overdoing it, but I love hitting the gym it helps with stress lol
