you know my e-mail- and zinc is also antagonistic to copper, and calcium is antagonistic to magnesium and to a lesser extent, zinc

I can appreciate and see the thinking you or whoever has applied to this nutriceutical. You guys are def. more scrutinized on a higher level than many companies here as you can tell by the questions. Thx man- and I honestly don't mind the questions- it challenges me and holds me accountable to our customer base- if I can't explain why I put something in a formula and/or how it interacts with everything else in said formula, I haven't done my homework. As for interactions with other supplements- I try to account for those as well- but it is a little tougher sometimes.....

In this case, this seems counterproductive, because we are trying to lower DDC and prevent the conversion of L-Dopa to dopamine by using a DDCI, at least peripherally, because dopamine has a hard time crossing the blood brain barrier. However, administration of a DDCI with L-Dopa can cause a deficiency in pyroxidine (B-6), and this can significantly lower the effectiveness of the L-Dopa, in that L-Dopa still must be converted to dopamine once it crosses the BBB anyway to exert its effects, and pyroxidine is necessary as a cofactor for this to occur. So the B-6 is included as a co-factor/preventative measure.....
|
Thanks, actually this was along the lines of what I was talking over with a few chemist today, well, one chemist to be exact. He explained it, no where near as clear or concise, but along the lines of how you just explained it....
Thank you sir.

OK...this is an interesting read. I currently take IGF-2, Neovar and Drive. I would like to know what to change with the new product.
Also, I am going to try a cycle of The One in about 20 days (30 day cycle). With that cycle, I plan to drop Drive - is that a good idea?
Also, would the new product be an enhancement to the stack or a cycle by itself (I read it's non-hormonal). I love your products and can't wait to try HGHup♂ .
Thanks in advance.

Drive can be used after The One if I remember correctly. Have you checked out The One info threads?
I have not thought about the use of HgHup with The One. Thats an interesting idea.

Do NOT use IGF-2 whilst using HGHup♂! Use one or the other, but not both simultaneously.
On-cycle re The ONE, yes you should stop using Drive and any other natural testosterone booster that you are using and save them for PCT. You should start using Drive again 7 days before the end of your cycle, so that it has kicked in by PCT.
HGHup♂ would be well served as either a standalone, stacked with another testosterone booster, or on PCT. You could also use HGHup♂ on-cycle, to enhance the effectiveness of The ONE.
As Chris said, make sure that you have read the IMPORTANT The ONE information threads, especially >>>the Right Way To Gain 10-15lbs In 15 Days With The One!!!<<< before you run it.

Using HGH up along with The ONE will actually enhance the effectiveness of The ONE because of the ability of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate to increase the density of androgen receptors thus creating an environment where there are more binding interactions with anabolic hormones, which in effect can lead to more muscle potential for lean muscle mass, muscle strength, muscle protein synthesis, and faster recovery due to less muscle damage.
As a side note...if you want to make your cycle of The ONE even better...throwing in some GPLC in addition to HGH up!
Cheers!

Believe me, I've read the other thread regarding The ONE. Since the new product was not out at the time, obviously it was not reflected in the write up.
I was planning on cycling:
The ONE
IGF-2
Neovar
However, with the information I just learned, I would like to cycle:
The ONE
HGHup♂
Neovar
GPLC (brand recommendations???)
The 7 days prior to end of cycle,
Start DRIVE
End of cycle,
Second Gear

Make sure that you are also using on-cycle and during PCT:
Multivitamin
Antioxidant
Protein Powder
Good Fats
I would also recommend continuing Drive for another 4-5 weeks after your PCT ends, so that you use it for at least 8 weeks to get the most out of it.
