Friday, October 30
Shoulders
Military press
barx10
95x1
115x1
135x12
185x1 PR
45lbs straight in front turning 2x20
45lbs around the head 2x20
Notes: Ive been cutting extremely since tuesday night after i found out I had to drop around 6lbs because of weight certs for wrestling. I was 192 and i need to be 186. I am 185lbs today and probably around 184 tomorrow morning for weight certs. Basically ive been eating around 1500cal for the past few days and im carb-depleted. Past couple workouts were light and ive been doing cardio as well. Im eating like a maniac after weight certs though so i'll most likely be getting the weight back in a day or two lol.
