water loss

what is a good supplement to help lose water. my wife holds a lot of water and just drinking tea isn't helping very much. any serious advice would be appreciated.

It may sound repetitive but the best would be that she check her diet more close on sodium, up water daily intake and some cardio.

Water loss pills may work in a short term but then you regain the water lost if no changes made to the diet.
