ill just cook them, scramble em and throw some cheese and turkey in the them, and put it under the broiler for a sec...much better

have done a raw egg (no yolk) in a protein shake once, wasn't bad cause i really couldn't taste it

btw imo eggs are the best source of protein, i used to eat 2-3 dozens eviday when i was bulking.

Yea if you get salmonella. Otherwise not really. Some people claim that nutrition is lost if not cooked but that really doesn't make any sense and I've never seen any proof.
