Congrats! It's always a good feeling to know you have strong will power. I don't remember mine, but just yesterday, my aunt made some bad as chocolate cake. She served it to me nice and warm with a glass of milk. I just said no thank you, and it didn't even bother me one second.

Good job.. just keep it up. Once you drop all your weight, you can enjoy that pizza without a worry. (just so long as you don't binge on pizzas lol)
Funny enough, pizza was my first thing as well. Went to an Italian restaurant and all I had was a caesar salad.

Mine was either fried chicken or wings, I believe. I honestly can't remember. It gets easier as it goes.

it was hard guys - it was like right infront of me staring at me - i was like one slice wont hurt...one slice like big new york slice..then i went back into my mind and said wait up...if two slices of whole wheat bread contain 35g carbs...this freaking thick pizza slice loaded with sauce, cheese, and cheese crust must be atleast over a 100g...just because i had that knowledge...I was like hell NO thats bad !!

Damn for me it was ice cream , we were at a cousins birthday party and they had ice cream cake. I was just staring at it for like a minute or so and thought about the days of extra running i would have to do to make up for it.

The amount of bad food I've had to refuse is astronomical, and it has made certain social situations awkward too. The first thing that comes to mind is coke... just had enough of it one day and made the choice

Nice dude! Its a start!
I used to eat all sorts of **** because my dad used to own a restaurant with a kebab shop next to it. Used to be chips(fries) with lots of kebab meat. 12" pizzas to myself, and lots of cakes. Cut it all out... and im so much better for it!

Way to go! I don't care what anybody says, pizza, let alone homemade pizza, is not easy to resist when it's right there in front of you. I've tried before, and I failed:P However I have no problem resisting sweets anymore.

Congrats man.
For me it was McDonalds. I have loved McDonalds since I was a kid. But one day I looked at myself in the mirror (literally) and was disgusted. That nite I had mcdonalds and it didn't even taste good anymore. I just felt depressed. Since then I don't eat there anymore.

i cant remember but it was hilarious seeing my friends reaction when i said no to buffalo wings.
im not nearly as hardcore about junk food as i used to be. people who eat super clean all the time become boring. i still eat fast food 3-4 times a week.

one of the toughest food rejection I overcame was chicken wings, one night I was having the munchies and I remember having some leftover chicken wings. so I went to the fridge, opened up the contained, picked it up, opened my mouth, and proceeded to move that damn chicken wing into my mouth BUT at the last second I frozed so you can imagine that the chicken wing was right between my mouth in mid-air.
Few seconds later, it went back into the container.

Birthday cake was my first 'No' food.
It wasn't my birthday, but i still didn't eat it as it was a storebought cake with 1.5" of thick, disgusting frosting.
After that, saying 'No' to unhealthy foods has been pretty straightforward.

Good job! Finding that initial willpower can be difficult. Once you've practiced for a while, saying "No" to the bad stuff will be easy.
It was junk food for me. I'll eat a piece of chocolate from a care package once every blue moon, but I don't crave junk or sit and pig out on it like I used to. I've had a piece of candy sitting untouched for about a week now, just because I don't feel like eating it!

Ice cream is the hardest not to eat I'd think. But, now that I haven't ate it in a while I actually don't get cravings for ice cream.

Ahhh, memories....The first food I ever said "no thanks" too was donuts. I was about 3 weeks in my first ever cutting phase, and had been doing HIIT cardio 5 days a week. I was at work and someone brought in a whole muti-flavored box of donuts and coffee for everyone. I took one of each and went back to my desk, I just stared at it and thought...is it worth it? For the first time I proudly said no, and took them back to the box. I must admit...I felt pround of myself.
