Which Fat Burner do you prefer?
Hi Ladies!
I've been away form the gym in a while and havent had the best eating habits. needless to say ive lost some muscle and gained some fat. I want to get back into it but doing it little by little isnt working so im gonna go into it full tilt and get back to being who i used to be (in love with the lifestyle)
Anyway im headed up to buy a fat burner tomorrow but am not sure which one i want. i used to use hydroxycut max but that is gone. What do u prefer??
Thanks a bunch! Best of luck to you all

Why do you want to jump right in and use a fat burner? Just getting back to a better diet and working out will send you on your way.

No need to go spending your $$. I prefer a solid diet and consistency in my training program...no magic pill is going to do this for you...
Good luck.

I agree, I have been at this for about a year and brought in a fat burner after I had my diet in order.

That's the way to do it. I find they should only come into play for those last couple stubborn lbs/when you're close to your goal.
