cant take creatine anymore aparently
So the kidney doctor told me blood is high in "muscle enzymes" which apparently indicates higher breakdown of muscle than he thinks is safe, so he told me i can stay with protein, but no creatine. Not happy about it at all, hopefully i dont lose a lot of size

The only size you'll lose is water moving out of your muscles, muscle mass won't be lost.

did u tell him u were lifting heavy and engaging in hard phys activity? When muscles are worked they realise creatinine which is an indicator that muscles have been damaged.. It will always be high in a person who is lifting weights and creatine supplementation is not going to be a problem in majority of cases. I wont tell u to take it 'incase of underlying kidney strain i don't know about but i will say even medically trained proffessionals do not know a lot about supplementation. Many many studies show it to be safe and effective, just be sure ur drinking a lot of water with i to reduce strain on kidneys, ie more solvent to be filtered through

Creatinine levels were prob high, which can mean a negative nitrogen balance, or sarcopenia. They are indirectly related, but ur fine.

yeah he realized that, thats what the first couple doctors were worried about but he says those levels are normal cuz im a bodybuilder. But apparently there was some other level that was too high even for a bodybuilder which is what got him worried.
