I have to admit I lowered my self to body fortress protein also but ill never go back, ONs 100% Whey just tastes too good and the price isn't bad ether. Never buy supplements from walmart they cost more then bb.com and the quality is crap.

At $12 for 2 pounds you are paying $6/pound. You can get MGN Blend for $30 for 5lb or $6/pound (before 10% discount).
You can get Scivation Econowhey even cheaper.
Price is no excuse. Bad planning is about the only excuse... but even then I think I'd rather go without protein powder for the what, 2-3 days it takes bb.com to ship mgn to me? For a few days it won't make a big difference, just eat more meat and have a protein bar post workout.

yes...
these guys have it right... the gritty nature of it, not mixing well, the cheapness is nice, but if you cheat your body w/ cheapness, do you think your body will repay you w/ cheapness?

Dude its 52G per two servings if you read right. One serving is only 26g. Don't get mixed up.
Btw tastes like **** but its easy to deal with if you can't get what you really want at the time.

The question is why you'd continue using it when there are clearly equally cheap (or cheaper) options that taste better and have a better texture.
I could understand if you actually were saving money... but since you aren't I don't get it.

Cousin used it, said it was ok but he barely lifts. Id say pay a couple extra bucks to get good quality protein or even go to your local supp. Store and look for protein that's within a year of expiration its usually like half price.

unless you happen to think it tastes just as good as most other proteins...
I've been using it for years now, and I like it. Not only do i not think it tastes bad, but I actually enjoy it. So why should I go through the hassle of ordering protein online when I can just buy it at the same place I get my groceries at?

Have you tried any other proteins lately?
You're basically saying you'll never try anything new because what you have doesn't taste bad.
Perhaps if you tried some of the other proteins that cost the same amount you'd find out that they tasted MUCH better and you'd enjoy it a lot more?
But hey, whatever floats your boat. If you are enjoying that stuff and refuse to try other products then no one can force you.

Scivation Econowhey is cheaper

too all the haters
It actually DOES taste good, I noticed a large amount of the people talking crap were the ones who have been working out for 2 years and thur 18 years old now. I have been taking protein for close to 7 years, its come leaps and bounds in the taste area.
and no it is ISO and CON whey protein.
Its a hell of a deal. and you all know it.

yup, just bought a tub of ON Whey a few months back, and I didn't think it tasted any better...It was equally good, but not better. I never said I refuse to try other products, I've been taking protein for 10 years now, and trust me I've taken MANY different kinds. I think this one tastes good. As I said, I actually enjoy it.
And as for quality, well, I think I've been getting just dandy results using Body Fortress Whey, Glutamine and Creatine as the only supplements I've been taking.

If you are just using it for a pwo protein their isnt really a problem. I used it for a while and seen no drop off in results. At times you may get slightly upset stomach, but this can happen with any protein. If I didnt work at gnc i would probably be all over this stuff.
If we are getting the majority of our nutritional/protein needs from food then what is a shake or two of body fortress going to hurt. Its not my protein of preference but I will and have used it.

It's by no means a hell of a deal. It's a fair price. If I couldn't get MGN protein for the same price and it instead cost a lot more for the MGN then I'd potentially agree.
Or if I couldn't get 5lb of protein for $20 or 25lb for $100 (two diff types) I'd agree as well.
But seeing as how I can do all of those things... this is at best an average deal for people who for some reason won't order online or can't order online.

Honestly, why?
It's cheap, and you can see good results with their stuff. Just because it's inexpensive doesn't mean it doesn't work. It's not just a Wal-Mart brand btw. The carry it at Target, Meijer and other places.
Honestly if you get the staple items from them, you can save enough money to get some of the other expensive products you want, on top of it...
