Big thanks to CXM for picking me to log this product. I am excited about trying it and trying my first ever SAN product. Excited about the Creatine Nitrate as well.
Product should be in tomorrow, will have pics, stats and so on plus first workout. I look like **** right now but plan on making the best of 09 and killing it in 2010! I will be logging it for the entire 50 workouts, CXM said 15-20 but they were nice enough to send me a full tub so why not a full log?!?!?
Thanks to anyone who follows, shows support, criticism, etc.
I'll be following. This formula to me isn't anything epic just a very very solid cost effective formula all the way around.
Thanks for following. I agree not the most epic product but extremely solid esp with the CN. Looks like the stims in this product will not be over powering which is nice for me.

Correct, my experience with the old was I got a noticeable boost and could keep high intensity through a workout, but no real cracked out feeling or crash

Thats good to know. This week I will be working out at night but switching to days afterwards because of work. So I will need a nice little pick me up but not to much.
Slight delay, Friday will be the first day. I am currently at work and will be there tomorrow Friday will be the test day and things will be officially rolling on Monday. Sorry SAN for the minor delay.
BTW the product catalog is nice, I look forward to trying out Intra-fuel whenever it hits the market.

Looks like its going to be a good log, IN for this!
You know whats funny, I work for a printing company and we just did a ton of S.A.N's new prodcut catalogs.
The catalog features tons of their new items. What a small world. I never heard of S.A.N until i was down in the production floor and saw a 5.5x8.5 catalog for suplements and i was thinking to myself "which of my collegues has this client?" then BAM, i see a post for them here.
Hey let me know how this product goes. If all goes well i have the main folks contact info i would really like to look into working with them on the supp side.
I woke up early after a long night at work and couldn't wait to down some Fierce. Sorry for the delay on getting in the first workout but here it is. I opened it up and it smelt just like tang. Kinda tasted like it too. I would compare the taste to SNS's CVM xtreme if anyone who has tried it before knows it tasted like Tang. A little bitter but goes down nicely. Mixing well.

The energy kicked in fairly fast. It wasnt overwhelming and it seemed to be pretty consistent during the workout. I felt focused, better than usual but wasn't in the "zone". I haven't trained back/biceps or chest/triceps in awhile so the weights I did were pretty damn good. Same with sumo style deads, been awhile. I had 2 dizzy spells during the workouts. One was at the onset of the workout and one during deads. Prob a combo of working out in the morn which I haven't done in years and prob being a bit dehydrated. Also I am going to be doing a pretty low carb diet so I am sure that played a role in there too.
Supplements that I will be using along the way.
Vitamin D3- 4000Iu's
Vitamin C- 4 g
NAC- 600-1200mg
ZMK
XF Whey Mocha
XF UP 2.0 Cookies/Cream
Xtend
So for the first workout I would say it was a good one.
Here is a little eye candy for anyone following along
Good start to the log...just wondering if you did your sumos as your third exercise for back?? Still good numbers even if you did it prefatigued!
Thanks NC.
Yes I did them last. I like to switch it up. Some days first, some last. Actually I always seem to do more weight/reps when I do them last. Maybe it takes all those back lifts to get me ready for them I want to hit 500+ before the new year again!!
Again I worked out earlier in the day. I think I am going to like it. Less people around not getting in the way.
On to the workout and the effects noticed.
Chest/Triceps
Chest- Bench Press
Set 1- 135lbs for 10 reps
Set 2- 155lbs for 10 reps
Set 3- 205lbs for 10 reps
Set 4- 225lbs for 8 reps
Set 5- 285lbs for 3 reps
Incline DB Flyes-
Set 1- 30lbs for 10 reps
Set 2- 40lbs for 10 reps
Set 3- 50lbs for 6 reps
Set 4- 50 lbs for 8 reps
Set 5- 50lbs for 8 reps
Rushed into the 3rd set.
DB Press-
5 sets of 90lbs. I didn't keep up with reps, just repped out.
Triceps/Chest-
Dips
4 sets of BW- Again just repped out, around 7-10 reps
Rev Grip Bench Press-
Set 1- 135lbs for 10 reps
Set 2- 155lbs for 10 reps
Set 3- 185lbs for 7 reps
Set 4- 205lbs for 5 reps
Set 5- same as 4
Pushdowns-
4 sets of 150lbs til failure.
Notes-
Forearm was in some bad shape to today. Didn't start hurting til dips. Feel better during the rev grip press and hurt like hell during the pushdowns . Nice sharp burning pain right around the Brachioradialis. I pushed through but will be going to the dr. as this has been hurting for about a month on and off.
Strength- Not anything to jump up and down about. Not bad though.
Endurance- Was decent. Was gasping for air in between some sets.
Pumps- Wow, they were pronounced big time. Triceps felt extremely tight.
Vascularity- Was pretty good. My BF is up and down, but I noticed 2 veins popping out that I haven't seen in awhile. One on my left Triceps and on my left shoulder.
Great workout. Digging the product so far. Goes down easy, not bloated feeling. With some in the past I would consume it fairly fast followed by another 20 ounces of water. I would feel kinda bloated but so far so good.

Good feedback, Chevelle plays some good music. Keep us posted on how everything is going.
