Igf-1

A few years ago I had surgery on my right arm. The surgery transferred the long head tendon on my bicep to the left about 1 inch to correct an injury. Although the surgery was a success it left me with my right arm about 1/2 inch smaller than my left (im right handed) and it looks deformed. The sight of it really bothers me, and i often get comments on it with people asking why it looks so weird.

Now.. I am not educated on the use of IGF-1 however I did hear that it can increase the size of the muscle it is injected into. If i were to use it on my bicep on the area that is missing could it possibly even out my arms?

IGF-1 does work, I have had awesome experience with it especially in my side delts (PEOPLE DO NOT PM ME ABOUT IGF-1!)

With that said, I really don't see it doing anything to help your situation. Cell hyperplasia is a very very very long process, and I don't see it being capable of recovering that.

Try lifting with it

Make your right arm be the limiting factor when doing curls and I would only do unilateral movements with curls. So I would start with the right and alternate until the right is dead even though your left might not be dead.

ive tried it man.. my left arm and my right are very very close in strength. I always do the same weight for the same reps or use the ez curl bar. Its pretty frustrating to have my arm like this, and ive tried everything, thats why i was wondering about IGF-1
