20 years old, 169 Pounds, about 1.5 yearsish
Ok so i joined this site in Jun 4, 2008. i worked out, but results started when i joined proper gym and started upping my training, bout year ago.

Impressive gains dude, you look way heavier than 160. If I saw you on the street I'd think you were 180-185. You look like a ****ing wall in the third pic.

appreciate all the feedback , its what keeps me going to be honest. uploaded pic with legs and edited this post as ive never included them before and people usualy ask if thats why im lighter then i look. probably is

Current Training Schedule / Protocol
It changes every month or so, but right now i train 5 days a week:
mon-back / bi's deadlifts, bent over rows, lat pulldowns, pullups, seated hammer/bicep curls, seated preacher curls (wide grip + close grip), finish on cable curls
tues-chest / tri's flat bb bench, flat db press, incline bb bench, decline bb bench, incline flys, flat flys, peck deck drop set till failure, easy bar skull crushers, db skull crushers, bench dips, tricep cable pullovers, cable pull downs
wed-shoulders/legs seated bb shoulder press, seated db shoulder press, db side raises, db front raises to failure, squats, machine leg press, machine leg extension, standing calf extenstions
thurs-back/ bi's " see above"
friday-chest/ tri's " see above "
sat- rest day
sun- rest day
intense everytime and works for me
