If i keep my diet clean and keep cheating to a minimum and do my cardio and weights 3-4x a wk do u think i cood hav abs and lose my love handles and big hips and thighs and be around 18% by summer? I havnt been that great with my diet the past few wks but ima clean it up, so im gessing im around 28% bf

I don't see how that goal wouldn't be attainable, you have a good 8 or 9 months to get there and by the pictures you posted, you're looking good already. I doubt your at 28% for body fat though. Just keep on eating well and hitting the gym often for cardio and weight lifting. Remember... Be consistent, not perfect... If you slip or cheat on a meal or day, don't sweat it, just get back on track the next day and maybe do an extra mile or two as punishment, lol...

A realistic goal. With such a long timeframe though (8-9 months, like mackayh said), you want to aim for consistency rather than going all-out from the start. Don't reduce your calories too drastically just because you want quick results; all that'll happen is that you'll burn out sooner and fall off the wagon. Prefer slow but steady improvement that is sustainable for the long haul.

Don't sweat it, we all slip-up every now and then... Summer is officially over, you now have three seasons go get into the best shape of your life, starting tomorrow. Forget what happened in the past, you can't change it.

Even if you're a little heavier now than what you are in your pics, having a slim stomach with some ab definition is definitely possible by summer. Take it slow and be strict as possible.

Yes just have some discipline and really stick to it, honestly 8 month from now is a long time and I don't see why you couldn't achieve a 6 pack by even lets say 4 month if you really dedicate yourself....so good luck to you...
