AvinDude's log to inner fame and fortune!
ok so i have a LOT of work to do here. Anyone who would like to follow and motivate my God smile upon you for the help, it has been a tough road but what ever dosen't kill you only makes you stronger right?
so here are the starting stats:
Weight = 230lbs
Height = 5ft 9in
Waist = 35in
i don't know any of my lift weights yet but once i get them i will add them. i also have no meal plan set out because im sort of a noob at that whole process, im going to reaserch it a bit further and have it set my the end of the week. i will post my meals on here untill then and see how it looks.
Wish me luck anyone who stops by, thank you and here is too a road of blood sweat and tears ahead and nothing but a smile on my face thinking about it. *Cheers!*

Good luck to you!
Definitely looks like your not eating enough food. Well depending now how much cereal & milk you had and what else you put on the sub, your daily intake looks around this minimum:
900 calories 159 carbs 17 fiber 35 protein

sorry for the lapse in posts.
i have been eating better, trying to ratio out my macros and such. Today i ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast(6am), oatmeal and banana for snack (9am) left over pork fillet and left over stove top for lunch(12:30ish), and dinner is in a little bit.
im thinking i need to add a snack or something around 4 any ideas or thoughts? i try to work out at 5 or so when i get home once i get this eating thing down i will make that a scheduled addition.

Fate
ok so once again i get things going good and something has to come and throw me off course. My storage unit burnt down and EVERYTHING i owned once in there since i was in the process of moving...so good bye bench and weights and elipitical and all of my furniture and memories and everything...
BUT here we are chin held high ready to try again. i have set a long term goal for the end of Jan. to be in decent shape compared to know. meaning i would like to have my gut under controle and a firm eatting plan and work out plan set up and in full force.
for Nov. i would just like to maintain and lose an inch if i can. i will keep everyone posted on how things are going and when i get a plan setup.

update!
ok tomorrow morning is my first time with a personal trainer, i joined a gym finally and worked out a deal so i have someone there to hold me accountable for everything i eat drink and do.
im going to put new pics up today and add new ones every 2 weeks. She is having me e-mail her everything i eat everyday to start with to make sure im eating enough and of the right things. so i will add my meals and workouts to my weight loss log in the forum. (which if you want to join and root me on feel free i need as many people behind me as i can get.
