Secondly, this is proof that it takes time to build a nice physique, so little inexperienced scrawny guys looking for a way around the hard work with some miracle muscle building product.. Look at this mans pictures and see how it's done.

Good luck reachinf 85 kilos ripped.. It'll take A LOT of work, but that's what I'm aiming for aswell.

While u train in the gym, u tend to make those Werewolves expression, thats how u train ur face I assume..
I can confirm that I tend to display some grotesque facial expressions when I'm struggling with a weight, so that may be a contributing factor :P

Thanks brahs! Actually I have been cutting more or less constantly, but the last pic I posted is taken with emphasis on the triceps, and I have a tendency to store fat in that area. Actually, I am quite cut up, and I don't think my bodyfat will get a whole lot lower than it is now :-)

To be honest I have never been much of a ladies' man. It has to do with a bit of social anxiety that I developed early on in my teens, but I'm getting past it.
But from what I can tell, being in shape is a bonus; NOT the foundation of having success with the wimminz. If anything, I think the confidence you gain from being in shape is the important factor in play.
