ideally 8-9...but usually 6-7
What time do you go to bed?
ideally 9 pm, usually 10-10:30...again
What time do you wake up?
usually 5 am, its the only time I can get a workout in
How well do you sleep (do you sleep through the night, or wake up repeatedly)?
it depends how late I drank coffee (if I drink after 12 noon, I have less deep sleep), if I drank alcohol too late (again, disrupts sleep, don't drink often though) or if I'm stressed out about something (then I'm awake on and off through the night).
I have teenagers who generally freaking refuse to go to sleep on time without a fight and being self employed I see clients sometimes in evenings or teach classes, so all those things interfere with getting to bed at the right time, which is EARLY on school nights, at LEAST by 9 pm......*big sigh*......I WISH I could get to sleep by 9 pm. Nothing makes me feel as great and lose fat and makes my skin look as good as enough sleep...nothing!
