Question Sleeping Habits

I am curious on:

How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
What time do you go to bed?
What time do you wake up?
How well is your sleep (do you sleep through the night, or wake up repeatedly)?

I usually get 7-9 hours.
I go to bed anywhere in between 12 AM and 2 AM.
I usually wake up anywhere from 8-10 depending when my daughter gets up.
I never have problems sleeping through the night.

I am planning to change my schedule a bit when we move out of our apartment into a house in a few months. I would prefer to wake up early and do my work-out before my daughter wakes up so that would alter what time I go to bed.

How many hours of sleep do you get a night?

ideally 8-9...but usually 6-7

What time do you go to bed?

ideally 9 pm, usually 10-10:30...again

What time do you wake up?

usually 5 am, its the only time I can get a workout in

How well do you sleep (do you sleep through the night, or wake up repeatedly)?

it depends how late I drank coffee (if I drink after 12 noon, I have less deep sleep), if I drank alcohol too late (again, disrupts sleep, don't drink often though) or if I'm stressed out about something (then I'm awake on and off through the night).

I have teenagers who generally freaking refuse to go to sleep on time without a fight and being self employed I see clients sometimes in evenings or teach classes, so all those things interfere with getting to bed at the right time, which is EARLY on school nights, at LEAST by 9 pm......*big sigh*......I WISH I could get to sleep by 9 pm. Nothing makes me feel as great and lose fat and makes my skin look as good as enough sleep...nothing!

How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
If I could sleep as much as I want probably 8-10 hours. But usually is 6-7 hours, a little bit more on the week-end

What time do you go to bed?
Around 12 AM, a little bit later in the week-end

What time do you wake up?
6:45 during week days, 9-10 in the week-end

How well is your sleep (do you sleep through the night, or wake up repeatedly)?
I sleep well, I wake up once or twice to go to the bathroom.

I usually get about 7-9 hrs of sleep more on the weekends
Go to bed about 8:30ish and wake up at 4:45
For the most part I sleep like a baby, but if I found out if I have to many carbs with natural sugars then I toss and turn a little more at night, so I have to remember to not eat that past 5pm.

How many hours of sleep do you get a night? 5-6 Hours
What time do you go to bed? 12 AM
What time do you wake up? 5AM
How well is your sleep (do you sleep through the night, or wake up repeatedly)? I wake up repeatedly. Sometimes if it gets so bad, i'll just hit the gym in the AM and feel like a zoombie. I've tried all different types of medication for this.. some seem to help, but I hate how I feel in the morning..very groggy and out of it.

8-9 hours on week days less during weekend

What time do you go to bed?
8-9 pm during the week

What time do you wake up?

5am

How well is your sleep (do you sleep through the night, or wake up repeatedly)?

I sleep like a baby ! Still need a coffee on my way to the gym though. Usually I wake up once or twice to go to the bathroom so I stop drinking an hour before bedtime.
