I finished my first 4 sets of my workout and when I sat down to take a rest, I began to feel jittery, my heart started racing, and I felt weird. I stopped, went to the store immediatley and bought some whole milk to drink to make less effective. Walked it off and tried to calm myself down. Man, I can tolerate NO xplode but this just scared me to death and now I will never take it again. I though I was going to drop dead in the gym from a heart attack. After I took a fat dump too because it upset my stomach.

Yea, I just started using Arnge Krush about a week ago and it gives you great energy almost immediately, but during my workouts, I also felt a little shaky and felt like my heart was beating irregularly. The NO effects are alright, but not as good as Superpump 250 or NO Explode, I think. The Krealkalyn is an added bonus that most supps don't have in it.

Arnge Krush is garbage. This was the first Preworkout supplement I have purchased and it will be the last. I have used as directed. I have been using it for two weeks and I am up to two scoops and I see no improvement in pumps or energy. I decided to up the dosage because of no noticeable positive results and I am still waiting.
My diet and training are on point, so I guess I will just continue on with what has worked for me. What a racket.

Personally I love Arnge Krush, Ive tried No-Xplode, SuperPump, NO Shotgun, Nos Blast and a few other preworkout supps. The energy from just 1 scoop of Krush is unparallel to the other preworkout supps.
Ive taken 2-2 1/2 scoops and frankly it was too much stimulants for me, felt my heart racing and really took away from having a good lift. The pumps are great, but the mental focus (im guessing from the Ginko Biloba) is what really helped me surge through my lifts.
Only side effect was that I literally **** fire before every lift.

yeah the biorhythm product line is pushed at the place I get my stuff from and seems to be for good reason. I use the arnge crush and the after glow. Also just started using big blue and that gives pretty crazy pumps. Its like an effective version of nitrix or what it nitrix should have been. I don't know, the people I go to have never steered me in the wrong direction and they are way up on the biorhythm brand.
