Bench press HELP!
It seems that every time I bench press my entire left side gets worked on on the side of my chest more specifically as well as my tricep's towards the back of my arm and under my shoulder, while my right side barely even gets worked out and my triceps are as if they aren't even exitent nor getting any type of burn whatsoever....HELP!

My right arm is bigger then my left and my right arm doesn't get as sore as much you can use DB and try it and see if that works... It will eventually even out my left arm is about .8inches small them my right arm. Its evening out though

Start doing dumbbells. They will hit each side equally so you don't have a dominate side compensating for your weaker side. Plus strengthed stabalizer muscles which will boost ur overall strength.
I've noticed alot of right handed people are left side dominant on bench...

This is me.
you can go to DB's, but that's not necessarily gonna fix your BB form. Start reading and watching (videos) bench press form techniques.

sounds like your form is messed up..
lower the weight and preform slower more controlled reps.
