Anyone using LIPO6 Fat Burner? Good Results?
Just started taking LIPO6 this week after reading several articles on the bodybuilding.com pages, but i'm wondering if any women have had success using this supplement? and how long did it take before you noticed an impact?
Also, if not, what supplements do you use for fat burning that seem to really work well?

I actually do not recommend you take a fat burner unless you get your calories up there. This is a bad idea. You will just further damage your metabolism.
Please read my post to you in your other thread.

I bought a bottle of Lipo 6 and don't think it does anything!! Don't waste your money. I had used EAS ThermoDynamix and like that, but more for the pre-workout ZING (i.e. caffeine) than the fat burning. Both of these had been bought in moments of weakness and irrationality - if you want to burn the fat, get your diet and training right.
Now if I need a lift I have a coffee or a sugar-free Red Bull and find it as effective for workout energy and focus.

I've tried it!
I've used it and have gotten great results. But I also work my tail off in the gym. Last summer when I was taking it, I lost 26lbs. in 2 1/2 months. But once again, I was working out twice a day and (because of a lack of adequate knowledge) was not nurishing my body as I should have. It was only after months of not getting the results I wanted that I figured I wanted a little push. Everyone else said it right though. Your diet and training have to be on point. And not to make excuses, but after struggling with my weight for my entire young adult hood, it can be harder for some than others to lose the weight. I say try it if you want. Everyone gets different results from supplements. No one can tell you how they're gonna work for you.

I've actually just started using it. Too early to tell the fat loss effect, but I do have a lot more energy for my fasted AM cardio. Usually I'm dragging my feet in the mornings, but for the last few days I've really been able to up the intensity. I do, however, notice that I'm getting used to the dosage fast. I wasn't as pumped from one pill this morning as I was two days ago. Ah, so it goes! I plan to increase my intake to a maximum of three pills a day over a period of three weeks, and then stop taking them for a week, and see how cycling them works.

What is training and diet that is "right"?
How do you get a diet and training that is just right? (I am completely new to this...) Is there a special way to do it?

I used to use it prior to going to the gym. I thought it was a great pre-workout pick-me-up. But, I discovered that it gave me anxiety. I'm slightly sensative to caffeine (not a coffee drinker), so minimizing all sources of caffeine is good for me. Since dropping it, I'm much calmer and my mood is more stable. I also don't have a problem getting up for the gym. I'm not chompin' at the bit, but I'm not dragging my butt in the gym either.
I don't think I ever took enough to notice any effect on fat loss. I'm not sure I'd ever want to take that much to find out.

Between the Synephrine HCL, Guggulsterones Z and E, yohimbine and caffeine id say that is a pretty aggressive product stimulant wise. I get a lot of people complaining of jitters and restlessness reguardless of how tolerable they are to stims. Same with hydroxycut hardcore. If you choose to use one maybe you could go for a fat loss product with more of an appetite suppressant in it?

Wast of money
I've tried this a couple of times and wasn't pleased with the results. The only thing that I got was heartburn.
Clean up the diet and increase the cardio to rid the extra calories.

What that means is, get your training consistent, and get your diet such that you are losing fat. Then, you can add a fat burner in to speed things up.
Check out my website (see sig)

I have also tried Lipo6 but found it to be a waste of money- I'm yet to find a good fat burner myself!! I live in Australia so if I order any fat burners from the US it has to be stimulant free otherwise customs will seize it!! Bummer!!

I started it a few weeks ago and honestly-it has done nothing for me. I'm just about at the same weight, I have been working out like a mad woman, eating enough, but geez-I figured for at least a 5 pound weight drop...
Nope.
I'm going to try something else like Hydroxycut hardcore, or Hot Rox. I'm lost myself with this...lol.

I have been using Lipo6 for about 6 months now, and I love it. I also like the product called "Tight"..

I actually had this problem. I was on them for quite a while, lost aobut 15 lbs over a few months then got stuck at 184 for about a month even after I adjusted my diet a few times. Decided to get off my fat burner and whammo, the next week I was back on track! so I wouldnt recommend taking them wither, just get your diet in check!

I'll keep you updated. I'm going to start it on May 14th. I'm on vacation next week, so it doesn't make sense to take anything then.
(if you know what I mean)

Lipo 6 didn't do crap for me. Not only did it not speed up any fat loss, but if I didn't take it right on the 6 hour mark or whatever I crashed. Hard. I was up to the 2-pills 3x day dose and still nothing. When I could finally feel a difference as far as energy goes, I had a headache from all the caffeine.

I know but Lipo 6 gets such good reviews and more and more people I talk to would never buy it again. Waste of money.

I took Lipo 6 for about a month and saw a lil bit of results. Of course, I was also working out and eating right. After a month, I got this CONSTANT headache that lasted for a few days!!! It wouldn't go away!!! I thought I needed a new eye prescription but it was that crap all along.
Maybe my body didn't like it (probably cuz of the caffeine) but I wouldn't recommend it. Drink a Redbull.

Such dissapointing results. Guess I will cross Lipo 6 off my list of fat burners to try.
