Thunderthighs Be Gone!! lorinelise Vaporizes Fat with S.A.N. LIPOREDUX
Vaporizing Fat with
S.A.N. LIPOREDUX

"LIPOREDUX contains a 6-phase precision formulated topical fat loss matrix targeted to spot reduce at the site of application, while avoiding negative side effects commonly associated with ingestible fat burners on the market today. Consisting of precise amounts of ancillary fat burning ingredients, LIPOREDUX is formulated to increase insulin sensitivity in the fat cell while maximizing cAMP & norepinephrine release resulting in unparalleled fat depletion wherever the product is applied to. Additionally, Liporedux incorporates a new and novel beta-3-agonist that neutralizes fat tissue in subcutaneous tissue, making the dieting and competition process a lot easier to track and evaluate."
http://www.sann.net/shop/index.php?m...products_id=56
INTRODUCTION
S.A.N. has graciously allowed me to sample their new topical fat-loss product, Liporedux.
Name: Lorin
Sex: Female
Age: 21
BACKGROUND
In the beginning of June (approx. four months ago) I injured my right knee, to the point where it was difficult to get around and impossible to spend time in the gym. I've been rehabbing the knee and I'm now able to work out, but no heavy leg work quite yet!
Since I've been out of the gym for such a long time (in my opinion!), my body composition has suffered Not a TON, but definitely enough!! So my hope is that Liporedux can help me get back to and hopefully beyond where I was four months ago.
MEASUREMENTS
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 117.4 lb
Waist: 26.5"
Hips: 37.5"
Thigh: 21.5" - This is the measurement I'd MOST like to see decrease!!
DIET
I don't ever use a "set in stone" type of diet, but I do tend to prefer operating on high protein/lower carbs. My calories generally range from 1300-2000, but will be staying in the low range right now. I'll list my favorite sources for different nutrients right now, but will post my actual diet every day:
Protein
Muscle Milk Light RTD, Ultra Peptide 2.0, chicken breast, low-sodium albacore tuna, turkey breast, egg whites, ostrich jerky, tilapia.
Fat
Cheese, almonds, whole eggs, nut butters, 85% dark chocolate.
Carbohydrate
Broccoli, berries, peaches, oatmeal, whole wheat English muffins.
Beverage
Water, Diet Peach Tea, Fruit2O Essentials.
TRAINING
Weight Training
Currently aiming for 3-4 sessions per week, hopefully upping the frequency once I'm able to train legs regularly again. Rest days will vary, since I have to schedule my gym time around my work hours. Split will likely be:
Day 1 - Shoulders/Abs
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Light Legs/Abs
Day 4 - Arms
Cardio
Recumbent bike and elliptical at the moment, generally at the end of workouts.
Stretching
At least one session per day, 15-30 minutes, regardless of workout.
SUPPLEMENTS
Of course, LIPOREDUX!
Vitamins/Minerals
Vitamin Code Raw Multivitamin
Vitamin Code Raw Iron
1000mg Ester-C
Essential Fatty Acids
2000mg ArticPure Omega-3
Herbs/Antioxidants
50mg Forskolin
Vitamin Code Raw Antioxidant
500mg AHCC
200mg R-ALA
Anti-Inflammatory
Quercetin & Bromelain
Thermogenic/Energy
Slim Xtreme <--- Scratch that one! Thanks cxm
Ephedrine Sulfate
Atro-Phex
L-Carnitine Powder
(Not all in the same day, I rotate the first three)
I'll likely take others as desired; I have access to a LOT of supps!
GOALS
I'm hoping that Liporedux can help me shave some inches of fat off my lower body, mostly my thighs! I AM a woman, after all I've never used a topical product for fat loss before, so I'm anxious to see how things turn out.
Big thank you to S.A.N. and cxm for giving me the opportunity to test their new product!
I'll be posting pictures a little bit later, as well as my experiences from the first application of Liporedux. Thanks for following along!

DAY 1
WORKOUT
None today Long workday and lots to get done around the house this morning! 20 minutes of stretching though.
DIET
I'm sort of a "grazer"...I munch on small amounts of things throughout the day So today's intake, in no particular order:
1. Muscle Milk Light
2. Chicken breast and broccoli
3. Ostrich jerky and raw almonds
4. Turkey breast
5. Universal CarbRite bar
6. WW English muffin with lt cream cheese
TOTALS: 1300 calories, 165/90/36 P/C/F
LIPOREDUX
Application: 9am, about 5 pumps on my left thigh/glute area and 5 on the right.
Thoughts:
-Smell isn't unpleasant...I can definitely smell the raspberry ketones, there's only a teensy bit of a chemical smell.
-The gel is smooth and not sticky, it dries relatively quickly.
-No redness or tingling, and the smell is more or less gone after drying.
-No complaints yet!

DAYS 4 & 5
October 10 & 11, 2009
WORKOUT
Abs and cardio for about 30-40 minutes on 10/10. Mostly crunches and moderate-intensity elliptical.
I'm fighting a migraine headache at the moment....sunday saw me curled up in a ball in my room, curtains closed and football games on low(-ish ) volume. Ack!
DIET
1. Muscle Milk Light
2. "Buffalo" chicken breast
3. Ostrich jerky and raw almonds
4. Turkey breast and broccoli
5. Universal CarbRite bar
6. Ultra Peptide 2.0 shake
TOTALS: 1350 calories, 170/70/42 P/C/F
LIPOREDUX
Application: 9am and 9pm, about 5 pumps on my left thigh/glute area and 5 on the right.
Thoughts:
-Still going well, feeling less "jiggly," so to speak...likely due to the diuretic effect.
-Zero irritation, which is surprising. I'm pretty sensitive to topical things!
-No sleep disruption or other noticeable side effects to speak of.

HA! lolcatz ftw
Great stuff so far except for your headache . So if I understand the Liporedux, it helps to burn the fat where applied but also helps to mobilize it a bit so that your body chooses to burn the fat from that area first....that right? Or am I making things up

None so far!
On an unfortunate note, I'm just getting over the stupid swine flu!! So my Liporedux has been on a hiatus, I didn't want to risk any aspect of my health. Tomorrow I'm starting back up!

They are ridiculous, beat teams like baltimore then lose to the texans
Is the swine flu any different from the regular flu in symptoms?
