When it rains it pours isn't that the saying. I am on a real sheeety job this week one of a handful I have been dreading. I have to stand for my whole 81/2hr shift. My back and legs just might not be able to handle it I am literally scared right now and stressed to the max. I am also worried that I will be too spent to work out as I am on the job all week. I am going to workout before work today and then I will be halfway home.
I also have some issues with rent and eviction from our home that are really stressing me. I thought we had a payment situation worked out then I get a call this morning telling me that there might be issues.
My stress level right now is through the roof and it is taking every ounce of my self not to pig out just thought I would put it out here so I know I will have to be accountable tonight if I do.

Remember, what happens now financia wise CAN NOT affect the diet. Dont let it. I have and am still in a big financial downfall. Dont do it. You cant keep letting the same things stress you out and having food be the outlet. Find a new way. Play a game, occupy yourself. There will always be stress. Always. But there wont always be time to correct what we have done to our bodies, we have this minute to change, it wont come back. We eat/binge, not only are we depleting food that is already financially in trouble, but we put oir lives in danger. But dont let sh*t stress you out, stress almost killed me once. It can f*ck you up. YOu will get a mental boost if you choose to stick to the diet. And it will outweigh the feeling you would get from eating. You as I , need the boost and releif knowing we succeeded instead of the temporary feeling of good that food brings. THe cycle has to stop.

Maybe it's the treadmill itself. I can go 60 minutes at 4.15 mph (75 cpm) on an elliptical, but I can walk about 5 minutes on a treadmill at 3 mph before my shins start to hurt badly and I feel like punching babies. However, I can go outside and walk around for an hour just fine.

thats funny cause 5 or 10mins on the elliptical destroys my quads, like burning bad
I can do treadmill 3.5 to 3.9 on a 3.0 incline for up to an hour and be ok
guess we are all different

If I walk outside I am good for about a block and then my ankles, shins and back are on fire. I work out at work and as of now we don't have an elliptical I would like to try one some day though.

Good morning all well it is now 12 weeks out and I have finally finished the book The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook.
The PSMF is right along the lines of the Diet that you work your way to eating like post surgery. I really think it will be a pretty good program and give me the best chance at making weight for my surgery date and also in the process help learn how to prioritize Lean Protien and healthy low cal veggies.
I will have to change the way I workout cause with the low cals the book calls for 2 or 3 at the most full body workouts per week. I also will do the light cardio of 3, 20 min walking sessions on the treadmill to start so it will look like this
Mon,Wed,Fri One Exercise Per body part full body workout I will post of course still hashing out what it will look like but you can expect to see squats, Benchs and Deads for sure.
Tue,Thur,Sat will be cardio 20 mins on treadmill @2 mph for now
Sample diet
Meal #1
5 egg whites ,1 pc fat free cheese
with veggies
Meal #2
Protein Shake Post workout
Meal # 3
Salmon Filet with Green beans or brocc
Meal #4
Chick Breast with salad greens
Meal # 5
1/2 lb shrimp with cucumbers and other veg.
Totals not including veggies 916cals 15.5gFat 11.8gCarb 172.7g Pro

Yeah I am excited I got the book and it is pretty close to what I will be looking at down the road post surgery so it fits well in my opinion.

Also I had 2 cans of diet pepsi which I did not fitday and 96oz of water I am hoping to get to a gallon a day but as I was pissing like crazy after the carbs yesterday I thought I will build too it tommorow
My workout was
(I am adding warm up sets for complete picture for advice reasons)
Squats
95lbs/10, 115lbs/10, 135lbs/10 x 3
Bench
115lbs/10, 135lbs/10, 155lbs/10 x 3
Deads
(Rack Pulls for warm ups)
95lbs/10, 115lbs/10, 135lbs/10 x 3
Overhead Press
65lbs/10 x 3
Seated Row Mach
85lbs/10 x 3
Barbell Curl
(E-Z-Bar)
40lbs/10 x 3
I felt really good at these weights but I had a good thanksgiving dinner lastnight so there was no lack Carbs in the system yet...
My plan is down the road when the "Cheat (Refeed) Meals Start" I will have them on Fridays and Mondays to help fuel workouts and use up carbs. I was thinking of lifting Mon,Wed and Fri to start and if this gets to be too much I will back off to twice a week.
Please those who have done the PSMF before and are in the know give constructive help for diet and workout plan.
P.S. I did have the tbsp of cocktail sauce with the shrimp which I thought would be ok as it was only 10 cals and but after I thought about it I think it should go even if it is just 10 cals. It makes the shrimp easier to eat but is not needed.

Workout = 20mins on the treadmill @ 2.0mph with a rest at 5 mins,10 mins and 15 mins. Rests were timed at 1 min each.
The Vinegar was apple cider vinegar 1/2 oz of that and 1/2oz of lemon juice for salad dressing
I am feeling it a little today I am really tired and calling it a night early but that could just be going from working night shift to day shift this week.

Alright I know what you guys might be thinking the fat guy hasn't been around in a couple days he probably quit already wroong actually I was in the zone the last few days. My son had homecomming football game in Detroit and its been crazy busy. I actually am not sure if it is the best way to go but I have eaten pretty much exactly the same thing everyday with the exception of my one feed up meal that I had yesterday so I am going to post 2 fitdays to save time and space I ate the same thing on wed, thur and friday to the letter. Saturday I ate the samething with the addition of a loaded back potato at dinner and for dessert a banana and pudding cup. I have to say as much as I enjoyed the carbs they really kicked the hunger back in and it was really hard not to binge on sat night. I drank alot of diet soda to kill the cravings. I think I can only handle one "cheat meal" or whatever you want to call it do I really need 2 or is 1 enough?
Not sure tonight I might go back to some shrimp they are yummy too lol
also I picked up some of the things I needed here is a pic of the protein, multi,C,D and fish oil caps I am using now.
Because I was low carbing already I was not expecting big numbers but as solid as I have been this week I would be suprized if I didn't at least break into the 460's tommorow

OK here it is I weighed in at 471.5 last week and today I weighed in at 468lbs that is down 3.5lbs hot damn. I know some people will think it should be more but I was already low carbing so alot of water weight was already gone and I just lost 3+ lbs the week before. I am very happy with this and hope it continues.
