Please be aware that this company stole my transformation photos and I am in no way associated with these websites. I have tried to contact them and got no response. In the process of taking legal action. Thanks to all who gave me a heads up.

Yeah...they have stolen a ton of other people's pictures and used them as their own...this is DEFINITELY a scam!

I hope you got compensations from them at least. The guy who stole the pictures probably still lurking at this forum as a member. I think BB should create a watermark for each photo uploaded. I would report it to BB as well.

The problem is it's hard to get them in legal battle because your images are not copyrighted.

Please let us know the update...

I too remembered seeing your picture in BB.com and then on those scam ads. I was curious and came here and as expected they stole your pictures. I hope you sue the crap out of them.

I just caught this ad on Myspace and knew who it was immediately. I figured you didn't know about it. I'm no lawyer, but using those pics and claiming to be you can't be legal...

Was like "holy ****, i've seen this guy on BB.com. He really promotes this crap?" Then i wondered if you even knew and was going to try and get ahold of you. I see you allready know though.

quick advice, dont bother spending money on legal advice because 99% you will not catch the guys who did this, because as professional as the website may be-- its most likely owned by some teenage kid using the pc his mom bought him for christmas. seriously internet marketers are hard to track. and most of them have no money anyway/ just send him a letter that looks serious, and hopefully that will scare him or her into taking down your pictures.

edit actually the best advice i can give is to contact http://www.acaiforcemax.com, they are the product owners, and they own the whole affiliate marketing programme, so if you contact them and tell them about exfatkid.com they will definetly end the persons account, and possibly even tell you their personal contact information.

ive got some more info for you

contact "http://www.trymusclemight.com" and tell them that one of their affiliates is taking illegal action by stealing your photos, and giving innacurate information about their products/ now this is a big company and you cant sue them since they didnt steal your photo, one of their affiliates did,
the person that stole your photos can easily be named and shamed by trymusclemight.com because of the affiliate id in this URL http://www.trymusclemight.com/1/?id=982fd8b711279888&subid=1957103

the bit in bold is the information youwant to take to trymusclemight.com to find out who the thief is
