Go to the store and find out what the number one sold item on there is....that's what everyone likes.

All the Way is fantastic and if your going for cheap 5 lbs of isolate is 39.99 on bb.com, recommend the cup cake batter.

Great American Breakfast
Didn't workout or anything this morning, so it felt good to sleep in until like 6:30am (as oppose to 4ish )and then just get up and eat before heading to school.
Feta & Parm Cheesey Eggs (4 eggs:1/2C feta:1/2C Parm + Italian seasonings), Porkchop, and Ezekiel Cinna-Raisin w/ PB&Co Cinna-Raisin
I was kinda hungry for more, but I decided I was going to ride to school this morning, so weird after eating that and riding like 20min later didn't effect my stomach at all.

Price/Taste based on personal experience.
Scivation will be thicker than the other protein powders, and its also lactose intolerant friendly.
Its really deciding what brand you enjoy, and what you are willing to spend on protein.
I vote Scivation and Xtreme Formulations.

What's so wrong with a concentrate? Sure the protein content is a little down, but surely it won't matter unless you're on a ridiculously strict diet.

thank you guys but one last question after taking all of your suggestions into mind. have any of you guys tried dymatize because i can get 10 lbs for 65 bucks. I know jim stopani from muscle and fitness uses it but i dont know if you guys have any experiences??
also how important are bcaa's in a protein powder. i know ON is chock full of them but the other isolates dont seem to have them.
thanks so much

Appetizers :)
I've been away for far too long, I do believe!
Catering a nice art show this coming Thursday, I thought I'd try out a few apps on the family in advance.
Below:
Garnish (Lemon/lime rhind rose)
Chocolate truffles
Phyllo Dough pinwheels, with pesto/sundried tomatoes.
Red potatoes filled with bacon/cream cheese/sour cream/chives.
Whole wheat wrap, prosucitto, brie and romaine.
Tomato/basil/asiago crostini.
Below:
Chocolate truffles.
