New here, seriously need help. Insecure, low self esteem

Hey guys long time lurker but never actually had the guts to post but whatever. nothing bad may out of it. basically im short as hell...im a manlet....not the best looking dude.....small dick.....never had a gf....im a virgin....never kissed a chick....pimples on my face, butt, back, and im hairy. FML!!! i dont know how to speak to woman, my social skills suck......man the only thing i know what to do is lift weights basically. but man that **** doesnt matter if u cant get a girl, it fuking sucks. ive tried so hard to change, beginning of the semester i was talking to some chick i thought liked me, we went out to the movies and i picked her up, paid for us, it went so bad. i didnt know what to talk about and there were many awkward silences. it just sucks seeing a bunch of girls with guys and u cant get a gf ya know? anyways i dont even know where to begin...i just need tips i guess....i dont even know why i made this acc, for help i guess. ive lurked in the PL and sports training section but only realized this section not too long ago.

i strongly suggest starting to talk to girls....start with ugly girls they love to talk cause they never get approached them work your way up to a girl you would be interested in

i can tell just by your post that you were really debating even making this thread and u were really antzy in ur pantzys when writing it out. rome was not built overnight its gonna take time but you need to be able to believe in yourself before u can get a girl to do anything with you

yeah man im trying a lot, i actually changed a lot from like a few years ago. freshmen year in hs i use to be that fat little kid and people use to pick on me n stuff. started lifting weights and turned out i was pretty decent at that. i lost a lot of weight and im at least attempting to talk to people now, i use to be a hermit cooped up all day. but one day i just said fuk it man its time to change and i attempt to be more sociable but i dunno it just doesnt work out the way i imagine. i dont know where to start

Yeah lol.....it is a lot harder saying it than doing it though. like in class i saw this chick that was in my other class, i told myself to man up and just talk to her. sat next to her, and o noticed that she was glancing at me but i didnt know wtf to say. i froze and my pulse was so loud it sounded like everyone around me heard it.....at the end of class i said "hey arent u in my ____ class?" and she was like "oh yeah....i am" then i said cool! and just walked away.....

i don't think im a looker or anything, but ive had the ocassional chick tell me im good looking or whatever and it catches me completely offguard.

all im saying is, try and find out what your friends think about you, cos the way you look at yourself can often be skewed

Hey man, cheer up. I used to be like you (only a few weeks ago actually). I was too scared at what people thought about me, im short, i was fat (was) and i just felt i was no use to anyone.
Then i decided to stop caring about what people thought, I did my own thing, i kept my chin up and repeated this mantra (in my head of course)

"You are smart, You are confident, You are fun to talk to and you are attractive"

Its been a while since i said it, but it worked.

So get your **** together and toughen up. Lose some weight (or gain some), put on some nice clothes that fit you (non of that lame baggy things or that tight girly stuff), just clothes that fit you and make you look good. Wash your face, moisturizer, whatever. Cut your hair, shave it all off if you must (thats what i did, it made me a new person because i found out my hair was kind of a barrier, and it symbolised a new beginning to me)

And remember, what most people like in a person is CONFIDENCE FULL STOP.

I agree with the guys. You need to relax!! Be yourself. Seriously. If a woman doesn't like you for who you are then you don't need her. Be confident but not cocky. Chillax. Quit stressin. Act natural. Don't try too hard to think of things to talk about. Talk about what you know and like and if you don't get a good response move the hell on to the next person.
