each day you have 5 to give.
You can add to another's reputation (rep someone) or take away (neg).
Click on the balance symbol in someone else's post- a rep window will pop up.
You can share 1 tenth of a percent of your points. Meaning- if you have 1000 points, you rep will increase another's points by 1.
And the red- means you are negative. You are either brand new, or someone with some juice gave you a mighty neg.

To see the reps you've rcvd, click on USER CP near the top left of your screen. Thats a very handy tool, BTW. Direct links to all your vitals. And thread subscriptions.

Like I said just moved to Scottsdale, I live in DC Ranch, workout on Raintree, and work on FLR (prominant).

I go to the Lions Den and need to start lifting weights (put on bulk and trim down the bf%). Work in the West Valley (Camelback / 95th Ave) and live near the cultural center in Phoenix.

I started a new company and will be going to muay thai/mma events and need some size!

I moved out from SoCal in the mid nineties. IMO- people are the same, drivers are worse but driving is easier (less traffic and potholes).
Take away the beaches, and its not that diff.

Like someone else mentioned it depends,i moved out here from South FL for work and hate arizona with a passion. If you have always lived by the water and really like that then you probably won't like it here.

I moved out to phx in '97 from SD. I hate the summers out here with a passion, the "dry" heats a killer (100-120+) and the monsoon season is worse.

Most stores out here for some idiotic reason follow the 4 season's for their inventory (get rid of shorts, t's, fans, etc beginningish of Oct) when we only have 2 seasons; Summer and January.

I'd go back to SD in a heartbeat myself if I knew I could get comparable work (pay) easily, but in this economy it's too risky.
