Incredible man. If really wish I would have started that age. I lightly started lifting last year and I am getting a little weak with keeping up with things. Thing seriously motivates me. You are looking great (no homo) keep up the great work. What is your diet like. Just wondering...
We have similar body types I think. Your chest and arms are very explosive.

JoeSchmo is definitely the most inspiring teen on here. I would say that he is natural if all he has taken is creatine. It's a legal product and using it is not much different from eating a lot of meat or drinking protein shakes.

Only when I am leaning out. For the most part, I just try to get around 250g of protein a day.
When I'm leaning out (or if I am lean like I am in my avatar,) then I try to limit carbohydrates to ~100-150 a day.
