Full or Split?

Should I do split routines or HIT full body workouts x3 a week? Why? and personal routines that have been effective...thanks

i do 3x full opposite supersets, as i think splits place to much pressure on recovery and nervous system, i follow no nonsense muscle building

Depends what results you want. Whether your looking to bulk or cut.

If your looking to get really big with but dont care much about definition (for the time being) then stick to full body compound routines with just a few main exercises: Squats, deadlifts, Bench press, barbell rows, press, pull ups, dips. Eat like a horse. 18/20 Kcals per pound of bodyweight. Little cardio.

This is what i did for my first year of bodybuilding and i put on 3 stone.

Best thing to do is read up on somatypes and find out which way is best for you to train. What worked for me may not work for you and vice versa.
