I've been telling people the same thing for years, but everyone wants goose cause of the marketing. It's been drilled into their heads that its the only premium vodka.

Yup... same here. I don't drink Grey Goose and haven't in years. And you're right about the marketing.
Also take a look at Belvedere vodka. Another very good vodka.
