naw man, I dump it in a huge tuperware container mix it around and roll out. i don't have time for all that "cooking" stuff  but it's still delicious. I grill / bake all of my meats on Sunday and just used canned or frozen veggies the day of...the trick is seasoning / sauces

Going to Milwaukee next Thursday. Been working out and doing cardio like a madman to make sure I'm under 37 inches. I should be, but I want to make sure. Don't want to make the 5 hour drive to Milwaukee twice because I was too lazy to get under 37 inches. After that, then I'm getting back on DC religiously.

I know in the long run, it's all diet. Probably in the short term too. My diet calories wise has been pretty much on for the last 3-4 weeks, but macro wise it hasn't been great all of the time. I'm pretty confident I will make my measurement. I'm 36 1/2 to 37 in the morning right now. I'm going to go <50 from next Monday until I measure to get rid of all bloating and lose another 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Going to keep it very light with calorie dense food also during that time. I should be fine, just a little nervous. I've already been at MEPS for a whole day though, so I know what to expect and this won't be half as long or boring as that day was. Just an inspect. Taping and drug test is all they do I think. Already took ASVAB, medical and everything.
They're saying boot camp in Jan. and Feb. and then back home for a few months and then to tech school. They have some jobs in Satellite Communications so I will probably take something in that area. We are going to talk in-depth about that next Thursday.

Turnip greens are almost magic. 6.5lbs has 48g carbs, loaded with Vitamins, keeps you full, regular and healthy. tons of folate, the list is endless....
plus they are DELICIOUS and CHEAP!

AHHHH...mini refeed ftw. last refeed until contest carb load, shts getn real son. I'm taking somewhat of a different stradegy coming into the contest. i think most people try to carb load and peak on show day, but i will be totally full on Thursday night and then on Friday and Saturday, just get more crisp and dry while maintaining said fullness...thats the plan anyway
