What is right for me?

Hey i was wanting to know if anyone could help me out on what would be the best thing i should do nutrition wise and fitness wise ive read multiple threads on the forum but couldn't really figure out what was best for me. I'm basically looking to get fit and gain more muscle and just become more built as i have way to much fat right now. I have been slightly working out over the past year and and half but nothing dedicated or serious, which is what i want to change and i just got a new gym membership and want to put it to good use. Im 17 years old (18 in a month) 6'2 weighing 191 pounds good amount of fat which i want to lose and gain into muscle.

all help is appreciated pictures are below!

Thanks!

like billy said, for you meal plan stick to 5-8 meals a day, they dont have to be all meat and veggies. Stick to the staples; lean meats, eggs, skim or reduced fat milk, chicken, turkey, whole grain breads and pastas nuts ect... As for your training you can start out with a 3 day split of fuyll body workouts and on ur non lifting days stick to interval cardio.

You should have a protein shake everyday if you can't meet your protein needs, i.e. you're not getting at least 1 gram/lb of body weight. So most likely, you will need one as a post-workout shake.
