Squat squat squat!

ok ive been lifting for about 2 years serious now and all of my lifts are getting bettter and better and im getting stronger and stronger except for SQUATING!

my front squat is ok not great but my normal back squat SUCKS i can only do 185 7-8 times it has been like this for a long time and once i do i set my back tightens up like crazy and hurts the rest of the workout

i was wondering if ther was any type of routine that would help my squating out a good bit

thanks.

Starting Strength Intermediate 4 Day split is what I'm now. I injured my back around May and just started squatting again. Needless to say I lost a lot of my strength, I went from maxing 205 to maxing 245 in around a month and a half.

if your low back hurts, you're pry good morning-ing the weight up. you need to post a video of your form, so we can see/help you correct it. to me, it just sounds like you have form problems.
