What exactly is a HIT "type" workout? High Intensity Training is geared towards working in and beyond the failure zone. Why would you use failure methods to target strength?

If you are interested in mass, I would suggest resistance training with moderately heavy weights.

?!?!?! Huh
You get all of this AND you wonder what you are missing?
Whatever your plan is, it seems to be working for you. Perhaps you could list the exact workout you do, as I am confused about what you posted as your workout. Your BodySpace has you with a long weight loss and just a blip of weight gain. Help me out here, as my more standard workouts are not giving me these gains.

Kinda missing the 'What am I missing part' of this post. What more do you want than increases in size and strength?

Meh.... does not matter. As a Highly respected mod says.....

Hell, the vast majority of the people here have nothing to do with bodybuilding, and there are far more people here who have competed in PL'ing and OL'ing than bodybuilding.
Of course, there are also specific places to discuss things related exclusively to bodybuilding, instead of general forums.

So let the OP do what he wants. Or any one else for that matter...
for ever more do what they want. That's what this site is all about you know.

If you weren't a "noob" as you said in the first post, then you wouldn't be asking a simple question like this.... NEXT!

You say you like to hit each body part once a week, so find yourself a routine you like with 3-4 sets per body part and keep them in the 8-10 rep range. the best way to put on mass is to lift heavy and eat right. there is plenty of information on both these subjects right here on bb.com.

This is a good response. Keep it simple and change it up when you stop seeing results.
