I've been using this for 8ish months now. I was actually taken back by the boost I noticed after about 2 weeks of supplementation with mag orotate. I never thought that I would notice anything really significant, I had originally bought it as a great Mg supplement. But I was pleasantly surprised with the increased endurance I started to notice.
I take 4 caps before bed, five days on, two days off.
Great stuff IMO
AOR = Quality too, so you know exactly what your getting.

Ok, so for cardio/stamina/endurance enhancing (as well as anaerobics), what would you think about a Jack3d/Cardio Mag 2.0 stack? Or maybe a SuperPump250/Cardio Mag 2.0 stack?

Do you need the stim aspect? Is that why you listed those 2? I would choose Clout over both for your needs.

Prolab's Cardio Blast is a cardio specific supplement: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/pl/cardioblast.html
Beta Alanine is also a good option. It will take time to notice BA, but Cardio Blast you feel from the first dose.

I like that and the kitchen sink approach. I found one magnesium product containing 16 different forms.
Magnesium bicarbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium chloride, magnesium oxide, magnesium aspartate, magnesium citrate, magnesium glutamate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, dimagnesium malate, magnesium adipate, magnesium lysinate, magnesium malate, magnesium orotate, magnesium taurate.
So magnesium boosts 'cardio' by buffering metabolic acidosis? Anytime I ever took an appreciable dose(several grams) of magnesium(usually taurate) I found it to hamper athletic performance. Potassium citrate seemed to work better.

Depends what you mean by "help" your cardio (i.e. energy, endurance, speed endurance, speed, etc.) Personally I notice the difference in my speed and speed endurance (especially running) when I do NOT use the RPM/Drive stack. However, any stimulant or preworkout product would do the trick. Cre-02 I have also found is excellent for endurance and speed endurance.

I could see how forskolin might be helpful.

mhp dren.i took while on a cut.i didnt lose any weight.but while reducing my calories i was able to increase the amount of cardio i was doing. i had some of the most intense and productive cardio.im not exaggerating i felt like the energizer bunny.i could do 20 miles in just under a hour on a stationary bike.i felt like i was in the zone and experienced huge euphoric rushes while doing cardio. but after a month on it i crashed big time.

great post rosie. I am the same when I was taking Drive and when I now use any cordygen product. you do notice a difference in your endurance without it for sure.

As I told T, I ONLY notice this difference when I am running (not with any other endurance or speed endurance activity) and I have only noticed it over the last few cycles. And I am NOT talking about my endurance when running but my SPEED endurance and speed!

it may have been said already.... if it hasn't beta alanine has a an impact on my cardio tolerance once it kicks in. In other words, heavy cardio is less painful for those who dread cardio like I do. I'd say it takes a good 3 weeks before the change is noticeable though.

- Caffeine / Geranamine (200 / 25 mg)
- Cordygen Products
- Beta-Alanine + Citrulline Malate (6 g each)
- Poseidon + BCAA's
- Pre-Workout Carbs
Any of those combos would work well. Put it all together and lets say cardio could become too easy

BCAA's + Beta Alanine + Citrulline Malate
Stick to the basics and stay away from overpriced ingredient packed useless supps. If you read the labels on most of the "Hyped" products you'll notice they're all based around a few proven ingredients and then packed full of underdosed crap.

beta-alanine is probably your best bet by far. you probably want to stay away from caffeine for long distance runs though
